What a terrific experience… I flooded the bathroom and hallway – terrified I called Bill panicked – calm cool and collected he talked me through the process. Bill and his team were clear and concise and did everything they said they would. A potential disaster for me became significantly easier and after a week (less than their predicted timeframe) all was restored, carpet relayed… good as gold.
